Feeling some resentment at being asked to "subscribe" without being certain of the effectiveness of the products, I asked the AI Chat if the subscription can be easily edited, paused, or cancelled. I received a friendly & respectful reply, making for a good impression of the company. I will sleep on the decision, as money does not grow on trees!

Kerry, really appreciate the honesty here! Glad the AI chat could reassure you that the subscription is easy to edit, pause, or cancel any time, no pressure at all. Take all the time you need to decide, and thanks for giving us a fair shot. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

While the face scrub is unique to traditional scrubs I’ve used in the past, I actually love it! Smells like the earth too 😊 Then I’ve been using the hand balm and my skin feels fabulous. Helping with hang nails and the like. Off label use- my son chews his fingers a lot and so I’ve been using the balm to help his skin heal, but it’s also helped him stop chewing his fingers! I’m thrilled and will continue purchasing 😊

Ronianne, this made me smile so much!! Love that the face scrub won you over even though it's different from what you're used to, and that earthy smell sounds like a fun bonus. That off label use for your son's fingers is so sweet too, glad the balm is helping him. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Like many, I was sceptical but I have been massively impressed with their products. I initially tried the Rosacea balm and saw noticeable improvement the following day. After several weeks I purchased the glow day balm which has been great on my skin and did not cause a flare up in my rosacea. I’ve just received their hair system too - part of me bought it thinking that their hair products can’t be as good as their face creams but I was wrong! I have greasy hair and thought this might be like many other hair products (both natural and not!) which make my hair more greasy - but no! I’ve used it twice and my hair has never looked and felt so clean and natural. I love these products. Delivery has been fine too.

Cer, this is such a great rundown, thank you!! So glad the Rosacea balm and glow day balm have both been kind to your skin without flare ups. And honestly, love that the hair system surprised you, that's exactly the reaction we hope for. Thanks for giving everything a real chance! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
