I forgot to cancel my subscription
I ordered the exfoliating face wash and didn’t care for it, but I forgot to cancel the subscription. My card was billed and I emailed the froya support. They were so quick to get back to me and were able to get the order cancelled for me.

Top-notch customer service
Ale was incredibly receptive when I called back regarding the product that I believed was challenging for my skin. I absolutely love this product and I’m very disappointed that for now it’s not going to work. I explained the situation all via a very courteous email and she responded very quickly is issuing me a full refund, which is not their exact policy, but she took into consideration all of the circumstances. This type of flexibility and professional personal care is so rare these days
