My skin was in good shape when I started this program. I was hoping to get to the next level, less visible wrinkles, reduced bags under my eyes. None of that has happened. I’ve seen no change. I am documenting my experience with photos, but at this point I will not continue this regimen after the 90 days. If you have never had a skin care system, this would be good place to start.

So far, so good! Have to admit I like the simplicity of this product. I’ve tried several different brands and they always require multiple steps, so it’s nice to have a wash and a step. It’s only been a couple weeks but my skin does feel soft and balanced. We will check back in after two months to see if I can see the results they promised. Will give it a 4 till then

I love this product for moisturizing. I have dry skin and live in a dry climate. However, after using for almost 2 weeks, there's not any difference in my dark circles, eye bags or the red blotches that I occasionally get from rosacea. The good thing is it's not making it worse either. So I'll continue to use for moisturizing.

Because of the climate I live in my face was very dry. Frøya changed that pretty quick. I have noticed that my wrinkles are not as deep after using the night treatment. I haven’t been using it that long but have gotten good results.

I ordered just one of the eye balms and I noticed that I was being sent 2 and charged for two. I immediately sent an email to help resolve the issue and they got back to me right away! I was grateful for the speedy response. They are sending the one and they will refund me by next week!

I have only been using the Complete System for Mature Women 's Skin for about two weeks. I loved the smell of the Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm the minute I opened it. I love the texture of all the balms. They leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized without feeling greasy. I haven't noticed any great improvements yet - I'm waiting until I've been using it for at least a month to take my first "after" picture. But I love the simplicity of this system.

Once I got a response via email, Froya acted promptly to address my issue.

I haven’t received my products yet, so this is about customer service. My house burned down in the Palisades fire and my shipment was already underway. The customer service reps worked with me to resend my products to the new address when they got them back as undeliverable. Thanks for being so easy to work with in getting my products re-sent. This is an update on 2/12/25. They sent the products to the wrong address (not one related to me at all- not sure how that happened) and are now waiting for the products to come back in stock and then they will ship them! Still responsive, but still can’t review products. Can’t wait to try them. 😊
