Fast and efficient service!
I needed to cancel an order that had already been charged and the team at Froya (Ale, specifically) worked incredibly fast to respond to me and to contact the warehouse to cancel my order and start the refund. It was on a Friday before a holiday weekend, so I was not super hopeful, but they made it happen. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they managed my request. I’m very grateful!
