Lovely Customer Service Team
I have had such a lovely experience with the Customer Service team at Frøya - particularly from Ale. I had gotten in touch with the team due to a courier issue and they were very quick to open an investigation for me which has now been resolved. Their communication was very responsive and very friendly! I have to say they’ve provided the best customer service I’ve received in a while! 😊

I’m so pleased
I’m so pleased! Nothing has made an impact on my skin like this. My husband, who rarely notices anything, asked me what I was doing different and that I looked 10 years younger. He said especially around my eyes. This was within the first two weeks of using Froya. I’m shocked and amazed. I was looking for less toxic skincare and found something more effective than anything I’ve tried before. Thank you for making a superior product.

Timely response
I had placed an order and one of the items was inadvertently missing! I contacted customer service and upon me submitting the required documentation requested they resent the missing item! I appreciated the timely response and also the follow up email to make sure that I had received the item!
