The customer service is responsive
The customer service is responsive, kind, and helpful. I needed to cancel ongoing subscriptions and couldn't figure out how to do it, so emailed and they emailed back within a day and didn't push to have me keep them, just took care of it. I appreciated that. I like these products and they do last a long time! Try it.

Froya is an excellent company
Froya is an excellent company. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction and had to return the product. Their customer service was superlative! Highly recommend Froya!

Great Customer Service
The products were delivered quickly and everything arrived in great condition. Unfortunately, they just didn’t work well with my skin. However, I was very pleased with the customer service I received. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure the situation was resolved. While the products weren’t the right fit for me personally, I really appreciated how well the company handled my concerns.

Skincare worthy of the Godess Froya...
I have been using Froya products for a few years now, and my skin and hair feel wonderful! At 66 years old now, it is nice to still be flattered on my looks. Twice, in all this time, I have contacted Froya about something. The first time, a human being answered the phone on the second ring. That's unheard of, but she very quickly corrected the problem, and all was well. The other day, I received another shipment, but the product that I had ordered, had been switched with another. I contacted customer service via email, and what seemed like immediately, I received the correct product in the mail. How did they do that? A little Troll-magic, I think! Thank you, Froya Organics!
