My skin feels soft and hydrated. I feel the products have helped decrease my oil production as well. I’m not sure that my skin looks much different to anyone else but it definitely feels less tight after rinsing (I stopped using face wash) and more supple to the touch

I haven't noticed any improvement yet but I can be patient. The washing powder was not sealed properly and when I opened it, quite a bit spilled out all over my bathroom.

Originally I selected one of "The complete system for mature women's skin" set, after checkout the system somehow added and charged me for a second set. I was only interested in 1, so I contacted customer service immediately via email and quickly received a response. Thankfully the individual who assisted me took great care in notifying the appropriate department(s) and I was able to stop the 2nd order and received a refund within less than a week.
