I purchased FRØYA "The Complete System For Mature Hair & Scalp" The product size is smaller than I expected, and the lack of an included conditioner made the system unsuitable for my hair care needs. Given that the quantity provided is small, the price is not sustainable for me. Additionally, I purchased "Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm" in error instead of a hand cream. I contacted the Customer Service Team, and had the pleasure of Varinea to assist me in resolving issues with "The Complete System For Mature Hair & Scalp" and "Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm". Varinea was extremely patient and very helpful to make things right for me, for which I am very grateful. She offered me a refund under the FRØYA 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee because the "The Complete System For Mature Hair & Scalp" product did not meet my expectations. After confirming that "Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm" is still sealed and unused I was provided with the address to mail both products back. Upon receipt and inspection of both products I will be issued a full refund. I will follow up once my refund is processed. Raquella
