First time ordering from this company
First time ordering from this company. Saw a lot of ads and celebrity endorsements, but was nervous to try. Had a small issue with my delivery and customer service was truly amazing! Ale assisted me quickly and was so helpful! Will definitely order again!

Customer service is exceptional
Customer service is exceptional! They were so quick getting my order to me on a timely manner. I had provided them with my old address accidentally, and VN from Froya Costumer Service team dealt with understanding and patience with me. I’m already seeing my face glow after just two uses! Will be ordering more from them and also as gifts for my loved ones. Thank you, VN, for your incredible customer service.

Received good customer service
I was unfortunate to experience issues with the delivery of my products, I emailed with JK in customer support who kindly reordered the products for me. We have waited a while to see if they would be delivered. I am very happy with the aftercare and support given.
