Hi Donna, thank you for sharing your concerns. We recently started selling on Amazon, but our official Amazon pricing is exactly the same as on our website. £11.99 is definitely not the price of our products, and those listings are not affiliated with us. Unfortunately, there are third parties pretending to sell our products, and we strongly advise customers not to purchase from those listings, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity or quality. Please make sure you only buy from our official website or verified seller accounts. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Best, [email protected]

If you’d like, you can share your order details with us here and I’ll gladly check the status of your request for you. Hi Adi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clearly clarify that subscriptions are never applied automatically or “forced” on our end. The subscription option is something customers actively select during checkout in order to receive a discounted price. If this option is not selected, there is always the choice to proceed with a one-time purchase at the regular price. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into this for you. Best Eri CS Manager

Hi Allie, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating this must feel. In some cases, when starting a new skincare routine, the skin can go through an initial purging phase as it adjusts and clears impurities. That said, I understand this can be concerning if you’re not expecting it. Regarding your subscription and charges, I’d really like to look into this properly for you. Based on the information here, I’m unable to locate your account, and it’s possible there may be multiple subscriptions or a different email involved. Please reach out to us directly with your order details so I can review everything thoroughly and help resolve this for you. Erikah Customer Support Manager
