I ordered the under eye balm and it got lost during delivery. I contacted Froya’s help desk and they immediately looked into the issue. After having confirmed that the package was actually lost they asked if I preferred a refund or a new balm. I love the balm so they sent another one right away which arrived in less than a week. Customer service was really super quick and helpful.
