The support are lovely to deal with…
The support are lovely to deal with and the products are great! Last a really long time, it’s true you only need a little as it goes a long way. In my second order, the scrub was a different color and I reached out and they replaced it promptly.

Great Customer Service!

Great customer service
I reached out to Froya because my autoship processed and I didn't realize I was even on autoship. I reached out via email and got an immediate response and they were able to cancel the order and said a refund was on the way. I appreciated how quickly they took care of this matter for me.

Great overall customer service!
I appreciated the representative's understanding. It seemed obvious that I could return an unopened product, especially if I was unhappy with it, but you never know how it will go. In this instance, I was satisfied and felt that I was being taken care of by someone with empathy and competence. Great overall customer service!
