My products arrived in good time but…
My products arrived in good time but they are super thick and it makes my face look orange like a carrot. It feels very heavy and oily. It also has a lot of white gritty things in it. I specifically am talking about the anti-age and insane glow day balm. I would never order it again and I ended up just putting it on my feet as a moisturizer.

Product not suitable for me
Since posting my original review, Customer Services have refunded my pruchase, therefore I have amended the rating acordingly. The product is not suitable for me and having listed the details here, I was contacted and promptly issued with a refund. I am grateful to the customer services manager for reaching ant and resolving the matter promptly.

Bot not working well
I had a query, the company have a bot that first tries to answer your question When it couldn't it created a ticket for customer services. Unfortunately the summary of the query was inaccurate, so the customer service rep gave me the wrong answer. It was just more complicated than it needed to be for quite a straight forward question.

Après 3 semaines d’utilisation soignée…
Après 3 semaines d’utilisation soignée des baumes jour et nuit, je ne vois pas de résultat satisfaisant. Mes rides d’expression n’ont pas bougé (je n’ai pourtant que 33 ans, elles ne sont donc pas très marquées) et ma peau n’a aucun « glow », au contraire je remarque quelques imperfections nouvelles. Malheureusement je pense que cette marque est un coup marketing.

A bit disappointed after the hype
Bought the anti age & insane glow day balm. To use a sufficient amount to cover the face makes you look like an employee of Willy Wonka. I admit it seems a nice quality product but to avoid looking like an Oompa Loompa, I have reverted to my Korean balm & use a tiny amount of this on top for a bit of a glow, which defeats the purpose of using this as a balm. I would be cheaper sticking to my tinted moisturiser which doesn’t look orange & shiny. I’ll use the rest of the jar in tiny doses but won’t buy it again

Hi bex, thank you for the honest and detailed feedback, the Oompa Loompa comment made me laugh but I hear you on the frustration. A little should go a long way with the day balm, so if you're needing a lot to cover your face that's not quite right, and that's useful for us to know. Ich bin irritiert, ich habe Tages- und Augenpflege von froya organics bestellt und es steht darauf, dass die Cremes in Polen hergestellt werden??? Ich habe hierzu folgende Rückmeldung von froya organischen bekommen, die eine Erklärung liefert, allerdings erwarte ich diesbezüglich mehr Transparenz im Vorfeld. Hi Elke, Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand why that might look confusing at first glance. There is nothing fraudulent going on here, let me explain. Made in Poland is accurate. For EU customers, our products are manufactured in Poland, which is completely normal and in line with how we operate across different markets.

I love the product (balms) BUT I was…
I love the product (balms) BUT I was very disappointed and sad when I realised that by buying the product I was « automatically » signing up for a monthly renewal of the product, even though they advise to use as little as possible of the ball, so fur sure it last more than a month… anyway when I realised that the same amount was being taking from my account I contacted straightaway Froya customer service. Luckily they were very helpful and they understood the situation. Since our first call Ana was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for taking my situation seriously and taking care of everything. If it wasn’t for her help I wouldn’t be giving 3 stars. I hope you manage to solve this little detail and I wish you all the success with your products!
