There was an issue with my order (product arrived damaged). The customer service response was prompt and a replacement product was issued the same day.

Hi Heidi, so sorry your order arrived damaged, that's never what we want to happen. Really glad the team got a replacement out to you the same day though, quick turnarounds like that matter a lot to us. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had an unusual, out-of-the-box experience with one of the products due to a personal issue, not any fault of the product itself. VN answered my email very promptly and offered to help me as soon as possible. It's that kind of service that will make me return for a refill of another product of theirs that I love! Thanks, VN, for making my experience easy and happy with a simple solution! Penny Crosson
