I had a bad reaction to one of the products and notified Froya and without hesitation I received a a full refund! Although the AI response was strange and confusing, the company stood behind their guarantee.
Response from Froya OrganicsJul 18, 2026
Hi Pam, thank you for this honest feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad reaction in the first place, and sorry the AI response added some confusion on top of that, that's really useful for us to know and we'll keep working on it. I'm glad the refund came through quickly though, standing behind our guarantee is something we take seriously. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Dear C.
These products are phenomenal and being natural on top of it, is the cherry on top. I dealt with Verenia, due to an issue of not being able to load a download of "The Froya Way" and she was very helpful in resolving the issue.
Response from Froya OrganicsJul 18, 2026
So glad to hear this!! Phenomenal results plus natural ingredients really is the best combo, that's what we're always aiming for. And thank you for mentioning Verenia, I'll make sure she sees this, so happy she got that download issue with The Frøya Way sorted for you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
