The products themselves are wonderful but I developed an allergic reaction to one of them. I contacted customer service and my money was refunded but my subscription did not get cancelled per my request. Upon receiving a notice that my order was on its way, I again contacted customer service. Unfortunately it was on a holiday weekend so the order was in the shipping when I finally got a response. However, it was stopped in time and my subscription was cancelled.

Liking the product. Didn't blow me away at first how I was hoping but I think it was because I had already made the changed to a beeswax and Tallow product which I was super stoked with. Now 1 month in i'm noticing it more. I do think if you went from normal face products to this you will be amazed. Product is easy to use, nourishing and goes a long way. I am very happy and will keep using the product. Highly recommend.

The creams are lovely and feel great. My only complaint is the day cream is very orange and I feel self conscious of my skin when going out and it stains on my clothes.

They are an awesome company. their products are great. Delivery was prompt. The customer service are recently found out was awesome too. Within 36 hours of my inquiry to them about the items I ordered I ordered two items and only received one they immediately investigated into it and I'd say within two days they had sent out a replacement to my absolute satisfaction. They're a wonderful to work with. The only reason they got four stars and not five was because I was missing an item initially out of my package that was fixed immediately I definitely recommend this company. And I definitely recommend it looking into all their products absolutely wonderful natural products and if customer service comes into the picture for some reason there won't be a hassle which is great. Definitely recommend
