J.Mick best customer service employee
J.Mick with customer service was what I call true customer service! He listened to my concerns and provided positive info and feedback. When I was unable to use the product due to personal side effects, he listened, was kind and not rude and promptly provided a solution for me! Appreciate his kindness and just taking the time to provide true customer service which is hard to come by these days. Even though I may not be able to use the product, still makes Froya company a top company in my opinion for not only products but their awesome customer service! Thank you, J.Arrington

Outstanding Customer Service!
Froya’s customer service was quick to respond to my email, kept me posted on the status of my request, and confirmed once the request (a refund) had been processed. They were so helpful! The products are wonderful - and a little goes a very long way!

Excellent customer service
My product came broken, at no fault of the company, likely just a mishap in shipping and handling. They were so responsive and fixed the problem faster than I could have expected a resolution. Excellent customer service.

I have The Complete System for Skin that I started three weeks ago, I absolutely love these products. I also just purchased The Complete System for hair. I can't wait to see the results. So excited about these products! I've heard nothing but positive!
