Unfortunately not for me

Refund process
I decided to return the items because I couldn't afford them so returned them unused. It took over two weeks for my refund to be processed, but when I sent the tracking info it was processed straight away.

Very good products
Very good products, they fit nice on my skin offering a great nourishment. The whole packaging is very well performed and it gives a feeling of safety and trust. I am somehow skeptical concernig the eye balm,as I have temarked that the quantity was less than the whole bottle that it is quite small as well. The product was nearly half in quantity. Regarding the eye balm, the product does fill less than the full container due to the way it's formulated and packaged, but I completely understand why that can look surprising when you first open it. While I experienced some irritation and milia in my eye area, I am very pleased with the service. Once I made the team aware, they refunded my first order and cancelled my subscription. Since I’d already received a 2nd order, I agreed to keep it and use it on my elbows and other areas that would not be susceptible to breakouts. Very impressed 😊

It’s a nice product but over promised
It’s a nice product, nice package, and I love the customer service. What I’m disappointed is , the over sell, my skin has not changed much since I started over two weeks ago , but I’m still hopeful

I am giving this 4 stars because of the initial problem in the first place otherwise it would have been 5. I contacted customer service and the person that I dealt with was fantastic. They sorted the problem super quickly were always polite and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much.
