Cancelling an unneeded order
My order was processed before I’d had a chance to cancel it. VN was immediate with her reply and caught the order before it shipped saving me money. I greatly appreciate the speed with which they responded and worked on my behalf to correct the issue.

She was very helpful
She was very helpful. It wasn't a easy decision to leave spectrum. Even though she tried, she helped me cancel my service. The customer service at spectrum was always very good. But I wanted to try something new.

Has an issue with product being too…
Has an issue with product being too oily for my skin and breakouts. Was really hoping my skin type would work but unfortunately did not. They were so understanding and refunded me immediately! Great customer service! AF
