Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. I started using Froya about two weeks ago, and I've already noticed a big difference. The "11" line between my brows used to be very noticeable, but now you can barely see it. My skin also feels much smoother, and the texture has improved. I'm excited to see the results with continued use!

I made a mistake ordering the product
I made a mistake ordering the product. I figured it was going to be too late to swap. Custom service was on it immediately and made me feel very confident in the company. I worry that it would not be good service as it is not a very well known product.

Great customer service
My rating is for customer service. I requested to cancel my subscription and this was handled along with a refund for the subscription fee that ran earlier that morning. I know how difficult these requests can be so the fact that Froya's CS team was able to make this happen is a big deal.
