I've fallen in love with these products, and I recently ran into a billing issue over the weekend. I received the expected automated message saying someone would get back to me on Monday during normal business hours, but to my surprise, a gem named Varinea responded almost immediately and sent me the link I needed to resolve the issue. That level of customer service went well above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to Varinea, I won't have any delay in receiving my next batch of products—a delay that would have been entirely my own fault.
