I had an issue with a package that wasn't delivered. I reached out to Froya and received an answer within a few hours. After 2 - 3 emails the package got resend to me AND my following orders were moved ahead so that I would receive them 10 weeks apart as planned :)

The products are wonderful and are really helping my skin to get its glow back. They smell amazing, are simple to use and very effective. A little really goes a long way; you only need to use a small amount so you don’t feel like you’re overloading your skin. I had a small issue with one of the products which was sorted immediately by Ale in customer support. Super products and super customer service!
