Customer service with Ale was perfect
Customer service with Ale was quick, efficient, easy, and friendly. I had a request that could not be completed through my account settings, and many companies would have given me grief about it. But Froya Organics and Ale made it a non issue. Froya is one of my favorite brands and I will continue using them for life!

I’m 65 & I have used a mountain of creams, serums and tonics. This is by far the best cream I have ever put on my skin. No water, no chemicals, no mystery ingredients you cannot pronounce let alone understand. Being 65, I have considerable wrinkles. I’m under no delusion that any cream will erase those war wounds representing the struggles and joys of my journey. But my skin looks luminous and healthy! And people have told me so. It’s such a joy to find a product that lives up to its claim. Treat yourself and buy a pot of this cream then admire its benefits! You deserve that💕

I have sun damage on my face from a summer vacation in the Colorado Rockies. I have been using your product for 3 weeks and my skin hasn’t looked this good in years! I receive compliments from my hair stylist and friends and feel happy when I look in the mirror. Thank you!

Customer Service is great!
My package not arriving on time was hard, because I rely on the salve for my son's eczema, and we had to use a different salve for a couple of weeks. But my experience with customer service was great.

The promises made at purchase were all delivered. From products quality to packaging and shipping. I am fully impressed and happy with the results. I had to contact the customer support for a minor question and their reply was quick and effective.
