Make skin look smooth and bright, younger.

Very quick response time and helped cancel my order and subscriptions quickly! I have not used their products so I cannot speak to that experience, but their customer service was fast. I didn’t know who I was talking to so that’s the reason for knocking a star off, they didn’t sign the email with a name or any signature.

Good customer service and the night balm seems rich and nourishing but only been using a few weeks so too early to tell if it will erase any wrinkles!

vor 1.5 monaten habe ich mit der pflege routine von frøya angefangen. über ergebnisse kann ich noch nichts sagen, oder es hatt sich einfach nichts getan. was ich berichten kann, dass ich den glow liebe, die produkte sind reichhaltig, was meine haut liebt. zwei mängel habe ich; die orange glow tagescreme, hinterlässt schwere spuren am kragen der oberbekleidung. was im normaler 40 grad waschgang null rein wird, sehr schwierig. das peeling kann man nicht in der dusche verwenden, am lavabo eine sauerei. ausserdem ist das peeling gefühlt weg, bis ich beim gesicht angekommen bin.

I like this product a lot - it feels great when you put it on, absorbs easily and doesn't make my skin greasy. Not sure it has totally invisibilized my wrinkles - but I went in with realistic expectations. I wish Froya didn't always have sales on - makes me suspicious of what the 'actual' value / price point is... but they have good customer service and overall I am happy I found them.

I have pale, cold-toned skin and mahogany red hair. I must say that I have very few wrinkles (a lucky one), but I have delicate skin that is prone to breakouts and quite dry. I ordered the Complete System for Mature Women and the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm, and I received them within one month. I had to wait a considerable amount of time before my order was shipped, as the product was not available. I would have appreciated being informed about the unavailability before placing the order, rather than afterwards. My tracking code was sent the very day I received the package, and this can be widely improved, too, in terms of Guest Relations. The Anti-Age and Insane Glow day balm is soft and pleasant, but I find it a bit too yellowish in color, even when using a minimal amount. However, the yellow tint fades slightly after the first 1-2 hours and becomes more natural on my skin. I had red areas and they nearly immediately started fading, even in half a day, which made me think the product was excellent. I might need to refresh it during the day, however, as it is less moisturizing than my usual serum + cream routine. The Hyper Potent Dark Circle and Bag Eye Treatment was something I had placed a lot of hope in, but up until now, I hadn't seen much difference from my previous eye creams. My computer-fatigued eyes still have bags, and they don't seem to improve at the moment. I am giving it some more time before deciding whether to confirm the subscription or not. The Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm is very nice. It's somewhat sticky, so you need to use it well in advance of going to bed, but it hydrates a lot and leaves the skin soft and regenerated. I loved the Ultra Cleanse and Revive Face scrub: it's delicate and easy to use, in a practical jar with holes on the top, and leaves the skin soft and smooth. My flop buy is perhaps the Joint & Muscle Healing Balm: I got nearly no result at all, but it's possible that I had high expectations, since their website almost promised a miracle. Overall, no breakouts, no allergies, and a good quality that matches the mid-to-premium pricing, at least on the EU market. Guest Help is nice and accountable, ready to answer. Still, the e-commerce sector needs some improvement in communication so that customers feel secure and have realistic expectations regarding delivery times. I would love to know more about the sustainability pledge and where the products are manufactured because the brand claims to be from Northern Europe, while the site clearly states it is based in Texas, USA.

You can’t see it but my initiated review was only one star. I was so disappointed that it took almost a month for me to receive my product and I was pretty sure it was a fraud. I got the mature face wrinkle creams three days ago and I have to say I surprised by the quality of the products. I take a lot of chances and I try a lot of different things all the time. This is the the most pleasantly surprise I have been to date. I can’t wait to see the results after using them for the next coming months. I can’t give it five stars because the delay on the delivery was so long. But I really like the creams.
