I had something arrive broken, (packaging definitely needs to be improved on, just a flimsy padded envelope isn’t enough). I emailed Frøya and it was resolved very quickly. I have a replacement product on the way. Froya needs to offer expedited shipping!! I have to wait another 11 days for my product to arrive, so it’ll be over 3 weeks total from my original order. Customer service was excellent though. Thanks.

I’ve been using both the Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm and the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm, and my skin has never looked healthier. It feels deeply nourished, incredibly soft, and has a natural glow that I haven’t had in years. The fine lines on my face look much softer, my skin feels firmer and more hydrated, and I’ve had several people comment on how fresh and radiant my complexion looks. The night balm is especially amazing—I wake up with skin that looks rested and plump every morning. Best customer service ever- not only did they respond immediately on a Sunday but they followed up on Monday and canceled my order rhat hadn't shipped yet. It was a real person too! I have never had a better experience- in will not hesitate to make another purchase and tell others. Thank you
