Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good. Ale helped me cancel an order that I did not realize was on an automatic subscription. She make sure I got my refund when she was able to get the order canceled. Once I get to a location that I can actually get orders I will definitely be looking into this company to try their product.

The response time was impeccable
The response time was impeccable. The customer service is top notch. They it extremely easy with clear instructions. I did not have my order# however they were able to locate it for me very quickly. I would recommend the products and the company. I love the product and will order again in the future. Unfortunately, at the moment, money is a little tight.

Customer support is 10/10
The level of customer support is absolutely the best, quick responses, fast resolution and kind agents. I made today my first order so I don´t know yet how their products will be on my skin, but if the products are as good ad their customer support I think they just got a new loyal customer!

I am happy with the product
I am happy with the product but did not want a subscription. I emailed to cancel and it was handled efficiently and courteously.

I had enrolled in a subscription…
I had enrolled in a subscription without knowing it and was being charged for a new upcoming order. I contacted support and they quickly stopped the order and refunded my payment. They were very courteous and quick to resolve the issue. I love their products so will definitely be ordering again from them.
