day and night balm…
I really like the day and night balm along with the eye balm. All three seem to work so well with my skin. The day balm calms my rosacea , so I don’t have to wear any make up. My skin can breath all day and night

Great customer service
Great customer service, I love Froya Organics products and recently had a small puncture in a product, most likely from shipping, and they quickly responded and sent a replacement out. I really recommend this brand for their products and their staff!

Excellent customer service!
I had an excellent experience with Froya's customer service. The product didn't agree with my skin and I requested a refund. They responded immediately with empathy and asked for before and after photos. While I didn't have any "before" pictures, I showed them images of what was left of the reaction I'd had and was immediately issued a refund, a subscription cancellation, and was sent a note from their customer service rep who was kind and helpful. It was a reassuring response in a time when too many companies ignore or deflect requests like these. The product is great by the way - it just wasn't right for me.
