Overall it has been good
I really like the products and can see a noticable improvement in my skin. Friends and family have commented on it. The balm can be a bit orange, which took some getting used to, but it blends well. Overall I am very happy with it, the only issue I have is the time it takes to get the item delivered. Wish this was quicker!!

Great customer service
I didn’t receive my original delivery, which was frustrating at first, but the company’s customer service completely turned the experience around. They took the time to research what happened, kept me informed, and quickly replaced the order. I look forward to using their products.

I have already submitted a review a few…
I have already submitted a review a few days ago so not sure why I am being asked again (?) My review was 5-stars for the product, but only 4-stars overall due to the number of emails and text messages from Froya. No one has time to read, much less address all of the correspondence you get from Froya. (Ex: 2nd ask for a review in less than a week)

Great product..bit spendy
Very difficult to get to subscription information . Great product though. Love the simplicity of the routine. Feel like my skin looks brighter.

So-- day one- I LOVE The products
So-- day one- I LOVE The products. There was a delay in shipping which made me skeptical but I think it was because I ordered on Black Friday. I use another clean line but I'm not always pleased with how my face looks after applying .. there is a glow with Froya !!! As advertised! Customer service has been VERY patient with me - VERY and responsive!!! That goes a loooong way when you're having issues!! They also sent another order when my first must have gotten lost in USPS...... that order came in a week? Idk. Maybe 1.5 weeks... I'll review more as I see how my face looks! I'll say-- the scrub is nothing like anything you have used and yes, don't do this- washing your face as your hubs drives you to dr'a appts. Use in the shower as directed BUT I was shocked with how I felt it cleaned my face! Imagine what it will do if used in the shower as directed 🤣🤣. All that to say-- it's worth a try FOR SURE!

I really enjoy how smooth and soft my skin is in morning. But in no way is the mature women's set a 60 day supply. Maybe 8 weeks? It's false advertising. Maybe make the jars a bit bigger? It's extremely expensive for not lasting 60 days. Genucel Chamonix is 150 dollars for me every 3 months with my subscription. 116 bucks every 4 to 8 weeks is alot. I'd like the jars to be a bit bigger. More product. I struggle with what kind a face wash i should use when I wear makeup without stripping my froya products. Maybe create a face wash. Love the products though
