I'm truly sorry to read what you've described. It's very concerning to hear. Based on what you've explained, this does not appear to be one of our products. All genuine Frøya Organics products are clearly branded with the Frøya name, and they are never shipped or packaged in the way you've described. We're concerned that you may have unfortunately purchased from a fraudulent website or received a counterfeit product pretending to be Frøya. Please contact me directly at [email protected] and ask to speak with a manager. If possible, include photos of the product, the packaging, and let me know where you placed your order. While many customers have a wonderful experience with our products, skincare is highly personal, and we fully recognize that what works beautifully for one person may not work the same way for another. Of course this isn't the experience we hope for, it is something we understand can happen. We also wanted to address your concern regarding reviews. All experiences are valid, whether positive or negative. You'll find customers who absolutely love our products, as well as customers who feel they weren't the right fit for them. Because skincare is so personal, results can vary significantly from one person to another, and we believe both types of experiences deserve to be represented. Regarding the jar, our products are packaged in glass, which we chose for product preservation and sustainability. Unfortunately, glass can be fragile if dropped.
