Really good customer service
I had questions about the products and sent in inquiry. I received an email reply within 24 hours with answers to my question. I like the products. I was nervous bc of the negative reviews I had read but I have had nothing but good experiences with Froya.

I live in the outback of Australia and was looking for a skincare that delivered.
I live in the central desert in the outback of Australia. The water out here is incredibly harsh, along with the desert sun, and the elements out here take a toll on skin, making it dehydrated. My friend and I had been on a hunt to find something that would hydrate our maturing skin while living out here. Both of us were trying a lot of different products between us, sharing and trialling... Froya has been the one skincare product that effectively hydrates both of our skin types, and we are both really happy with the condition of our skin since using Froya. We also love that this is a natural skin product and not full of chemicals. It actually hydrates our skin beautifully!

Incredible brand
I’ve been using Frøya Organics products for a while now and have truly loved them. The quality, natural formulations and results have made them a staple in my skincare routine. Recently, I had an issue with the texture of one product, and I was incredibly impressed by how quickly, kindly and professionally the team handled it. They listened, offered help, and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Great products are wonderful, but great customer care is what makes a brand memorable. Best products for fine lines and wrinkles!
I am 59 years old and have used so many products to help with my fine lines and wrinkles- nothing else has worked. I love your products!! They are helping for sure.

Two weeks ago
Two weeks ago, I questioned my ability to be consistent using the products, but within the first 24 hours, I felt a difference in the texture and feel of my skin. I looked forward to my actual physical application of the balms, especially at night, and I began to explore all the nooks and crannies on my 77 year old face and neck, and enjoy the little massages I give them. Now I spend a little extra time looking in the mirror and I appreciate what I see. Thank you, Froya.
