It’s been less than 2 weeks but so far my favorite thing about my Frøya products is that they don’t sweat off. My face sweats a lot when I’m hot and the face balm stays on no matter what. I’ll get back to you after 2 months.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 16, 2026
Hi Michelle! Ha, that's such a great detail, staying put even when you're sweating is exactly the kind of thing that matters day to day. Would love to hear your update after 2 months! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. I like the product but did not need a subscription. I emailed them when I saw the additional charge and they immediately made sure the subscription was cancelled and refunded the charge. Excellent customer service.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 16, 2026
Hi Marie! Glad we could get that sorted quickly once you reached out, cancelling the subscription and refunding the charge right away is exactly what should happen. Thanks for giving the product itself a thumbs up too! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
