After reviewing the email attachment you sent us, we were able to confirm that it contains links directing to www.froyaorganicsskin.com, which is not our official website. It also shows an order number #1130, Frøya Organics order numbers always begin with "FO" followed by more than six digits (for example, FO1234567) These are clear indicators that the purchase was made through a fraudulent website, not through Frøya Organics. We have advised you to contact your bank to dispute the transaction, as the payment was not made to Frøya Organics, and we are actively taking legal action against these fraudulent websites. We'd also like to take this opportunity to warn other customers that our only official website is www.froyaorganics.com If you are ever unsure, please contact us before placing an order, we'll always be happy to verify that you're purchasing from the genuine Frøya Organics store.
