Not worth the money, awful grainy texture and very very yellow on your skin!
I purchased the full set morning/evening balm, eye balm and facial scrub. To be fair, the eye balm is ok. The facial scrub smells like finely ground oatmeal. The day balm gives the skin a bright yellow tinge which looks very Ooompa Loompa from Charlie and the Chocolate factory! Even using a small amount there's still a bright orange colour on the skin. Don't pick up a white towel straight after. The other annoying thing is the texture. there are grainy little white 'bits' in it which sit on your face when you put it on. When putting make up on you can still feel it and try and take them off. The evening balm is the same although doesn't give as much of a yellow tinge. I emailed customer services and this was their reply: 'That's the crystallization of beeswax. Beeswax is a natural mixture of different compounds so as it cools or ages, those components can separate slightly and form visible crystals. Rest assured that it's normal and safe to use as outlined on the product catalogue. 😊 To smooth out the texture, you can gently warm the balm by placing it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. This should help dissolve the crystals and restore the balm to a smoother consistency. Please make sure the lid is tightly closed so that no water enters the container. Also ensure the water temperature does not exceed 40°C (104°F). Higher temperatures may damage the natural nutrients and beneficial properties of the product.' This is highly inconvenient in a morning when one is getting ready for work having to have warm water, not exceeding 40 deg to melt the beeswax before putting it on your skin. It certainly doesn't warrant the cost. I won't buy again. Save your money. Yet again another 'online' company with an excellent budget for slick marketing.
