When I received the products they had a bad smell. I used them on my skin and then I smelt horrible. My pillowcase smelt horrible. I got in touch after a few days to ask for their refund and was told, no problem! Use the for 60 days and if it does not work, we will refund you. I explained that I could not possibly use them for 60 days as the product smelt putrid. I put them in the bin. Then despite unsubscribing I have been pestered by them for the last 6 months. No refund, $150 in the bin

My first order was absolutely amazing and i loved the product. However my second order is a disaster and the company after initially apologising and saying they would resolve is now blanking me. Instead of glass jars i got plastic pots and the product was completely different. There is no way I would out near my skin. What a scam and so disappointing.

Was caught up in a subscription program I didn’t know about or want. Tried to cancel order but was already sent out. While trying to return unopened package.. I am getting nowhere. I believe it is automated responses. All ignoring my request for return label. Instead sending me too a link to return several times that gets you nowhere…it basically says your return is denied.. it’s really frustrating. They also after ignoring my request to return are now offering me 60% off to keep the product that I don’t want. it’s all very sketchy. And feeling like a scam. Definitely not a company I would recommend. No customer service. (Bad customer service.)

BE CAREFUL — HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION TRAP! This was my first time purchasing from this company, and my initial order arrived perfectly. However, I was unaware that making my first purchase would automatically sign me up for a subscription. One month later, £104.13 was taken from my account for the subscription. As soon as I noticed the payment, I tried to call their UK office, but nobody answered. I then tried to cancel the subscription on their website, but it kept showing errors. I immediately emailed them to explain the problem and request a refund. Their response? Unfortunately, they couldn't refund me because this was my second purchase. Apparently, they only offer refunds to first-time buyers. I understand that every company has its own policies, but how is this fair to customers who never knowingly agreed to a subscription? I contacted them on the same day the money was taken and asked them to stop the delivery. They said they would contact their delivery department. After waiting seven hours, they told me the order had already been processed and they could no longer issue a refund. I then asked whether I could return the goods immediately after receiving them and get my money back. Their answer was still NO. I did everything I could to resolve this issue immediately, but I was left feeling completely helpless and cheated. Please learn from my experience and be careful before purchasing from this company. Read the terms and conditions carefully, especially the information about subscriptions, recurring payments, and automatic renewals. Make sure you know exactly what you are signing up for before placing your first order. Don't make the same mistake I did! A first purchase should not turn into an unexpected £104.13 bill. I completely agree with the disappointed reviews below, as I’m experiencing the same poor customer service from Froya Organic. I have been trying to get a refund for an unopened order and have sent multiple emails, but I’m still being ignored. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly urge Froya Organic to improve the way it treats its customers.. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I’d avoid now. Gutted. Update: another generic reply and not from this review! saying i can only return the first order. Which this is not. But it’s unopened. Quick chatgpt and it’s against my statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.sell in the UK. You need to follow the laws. Now taking this to Citizens Advice and contacting my debit-card provider regarding a charge back. They’re just making excuses to those wanting to return their orders that they’ve changed email providers. Meh.

I placed an order for two products on 11 September 2026. However, a month later, I received the same two products again, despite not having placed another order. I contacted customer services on 14 October and received an automated response stating that someone would be in touch. Unfortunately, nobody contacted me. I then sent two further follow-up emails on 15 and 17 October, but I have still received no response. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored by customer services and left with products I never ordered, with no explanation or resolution. I would expect a company to take responsibility for this kind of issue and respond to its customers in a reasonable timeframe. Very disappointing customer service!

Their sales tactics are so deceptive & agressive & I am glad that more trustpilot subscribers agree to that. When you subscribe it seems that you can have discounts when you decide to order again but they renew the purchase when they consider so without you having realised that. This happened to me & when I contacted them for a refund & cancellation of the order, they said that it´s impossible to cancel & they sent the products anyway. They pretend to be nature friendly & use northern traditions as a bait to attract an eco-friendly clientele & then scam them. No ethics here. Beware. As you can see from their reply below, they play professional by offering a solution but when I provided all the information they now ask for in due time, they sent me the package I never asked for anyway & I never got a reimbursement. Also, there are several ex subscribers of theirs who have investigated on Froya cosmetics & they have discovered that many of the positive revews about them are actually from fake accounts & I'm not surprised. You can check that out on sites like reddit or other sites where the name of this company is mentioned.
