I love the products and even more so I love the personal and extremely helpful customer service! On a budget, I was unable to continue the subscription and will purchase when I can. JK assisted me and made me feel like I was still a member of the FROYA family instead of coldly cutting ties. Amazing products and amazing company!!! Aloha, Eileen

I had a rather strange issue with my order, as the package was mistakenly sent to Germany instead of reaching me. I contacted Froya’s customer service, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the way they handled it. They responded incredibly quickly, were extremely kind and helpful, and solved the problem immediately. They arranged a new shipment at no extra cost, and my creams have now arrived safely at home. Mistakes can happen, but what really makes a difference is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Froya handled the situation brilliantly, with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care for the customer. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I will definitely continue buying from Froya. Highly recommended!

Hey Judith, thank you for writing all this out!! Sorry your package took a detour through Germany, but so glad the team got a new shipment out to you at no extra cost, and that everything arrived safely in the end. You're so right that mistakes happen, what matters is how they're handled, and I'm really glad ours lived up to that. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
