These products, sadly, didn't work for my skin - but the customer service received was superb. Fast, friendly, helpful - I'll be passing along the products and hoping to find them a new customer! **My skin is highly reactive and I struggle with rosacea - so it's more normal than not that new products don't work for me. I blame my skin more than the products, which smelled nice, felt good, etc - just didn't agree with me.
