Cannot cancel subscription until a second order is charged. But 60 day money back guarantee is for only one product/system, so if I request a refund, I will still have to pay for and receive another product? The product safety is difficult to find as well. I am pregnant and doing my own research the ingredients for the product do not appear to be totally safe, but the website assures ultimate purity and safety for women and hormones.

My wrinkles are worse, not better
The products are so thick you have to tug on your skin to spread them. I have seen a worsening of my wrinkles over 3 weeks use, and I wake up with little red bumps on my face.

This is not for everyone
This is not for everyone. I'm a redhead with fine white skin and day 3 this product clogged my pores and I broke out into a huge acne rash. I usually have dry skin, never get acne! The fact that you don't wash your face is ridiculous, I was so oily! I think this would be good for Norwegian goddesses, not humans.

Disappointed
I was drawn to trying the mature women's skin system, due to my curiosity, good reviews by others, and the pure ingredients. But my results have been quite disappointing. The wrinkles on my face look more pronounced than ever, after several weeks of regularly using these products. I'd been using a different company's product line for many years, with great results. (I had no need to change product lines, but was curious). Also, applying the balms requires quite a bit of rubbing/massaging the skin, as they are very thick and don't absorb quickly or easily.

Takes time to work: has really dried out my skin
I bought the acne system about 2 months ago, which has helped a lot with the acne after 3 weeks of using it. It took a few days for my sling to start absorbing the oils correctly. I also try to stay away from my hairline because the creams mixing with my hair oil seems to cause breakouts around my hairline.
I feel like it has dried out my face and I find myself using more of the moisturizing night cream during the days to keep my face from flaking. I’ve also developed forehead wrinkles from the dryness, which I didn’t have before. I like the anti acne benefits, but I don’t know if I would say it’s wonderful.

be suspicious - scammy marketing
Marketing is way too gimmicky and scammy to trust anything about this company.
Zero of the claims regarding results are legit. 2 months of use : Eye cream did nothing for lightening dark circles. The „my crows feet were gone in 5 days!” Claims are obviously bogus. I don’t see any miracles and I don’t think i see any improvements.
My old routine with other natural brands was working fine for me, and much less costly.
It REALLY bothers me that they write their own fake reviews (read the „haha” 1 star review they planted where people go to read the negatives. It’s so clearly written by this company)
Many real reviewers mention the company bribing them to change or remove their negative review by offering the refund that person was due anyway because of their (also fake) guarantee.
With these kinds of embarrassingly over the top claims reminiscent of 80’s teleshopping shows, how do we trust this company at all - that their ingredients are what is listed for example? (Very important).
If they lie so blatantly to get you to buy the product, why would anything about them be honest including their formula? For all we know it’s full of lead and made in china, with no „organic Norse high potency ingredients” For real. Either a company comes off as honest or gives off super scammy vibes.
If the ingredients are to be trusted, then you may benefit if you are using synthetic products that cause inflammation and issues and you don’t realize it. Again- IF the company that engages in unethical wild claims, fake „sales” and fake guarantees, actually uses high quality natural ingredients.
That said, you will see improvements just by ditching the synthetics/ silicones, etc and simplifying your routine. You may get the same or better results with just washing your face with water and applying castor oil. And if that’s boring for you, there are many lines like Evan Healy (one of my favorites) for a good facial oil based on rosehip seed oil.
If you are already using natural products you are happy with, you may be tempted to see for yourself if the wild claims are real, but don’t bother and save $.
This pricepoint is way too high compared to other great options from companies that seem more trustworthy and ethical in their more realistic claims.
Here are some things I like about the actual products and don’t.
PROS
1. Packaging : I love the tins because they are portable, light for travel, keep the product secure, won’t break, and keep the light out, which is important for natural products as they spoil more quickly when exposed to light. (Or any actives reduced in efficacy) I like the vintage looking color labels. I like how they stack on my shelf to save space. However with their new clear glass jar packaging, these attributes are gone if were to reorder (bad decision imo)
2. Ingredients: again IF these are to be trusted when they lie about everything else, the listed ingredients are great. I deeply believe in natural skin care for long term skin health.
3. I have sensitive skin; none of the balms irritated it.
CONS :
1. The scrub sucks. It’s way too coarse and rough. Should be more finely ground. It just scratches up your skin. It’s like taking walnut shells and grinding them then scratching your face with the result as it falls off your face
2. The yellow of the day balm is intense. If beneficial, they shouldn’t change the formula on account of this.. maybe adding something natural and green would make it more brown than vivid yellow to look more tan rather than jaundiced? It’s hard to use so little and spread it so that it’s not visible, and still feel like you are moisturized
3. Like I mentioned above none of the wild claims are true. You know you don’t believe it already so use your judgement. Don’t buy it for the wild claims. You won’t see a difference in your skin unless it’s because of what you are NOT using when switching to (any) natural line without alcohol + filler ingredients and irritating actives). I think they make all their business on new customers gambling on the wild claims one-time, and ppl who attribute their improved skin condition to their product specifically rather than to simplifying their routine in general and not using stuff that was irritating them with or without their awareness.
4. Scammy gimmicky corny marketing and wild claims. (See above). My biggest hesitation is how do we trust the ingredients are as listed if the company lies about the results, posts fake reviews, takes down bad reviews or bribes people to do so if not on their site, and lies about their guarantee?
In summary, I would like this line because of the packaging and ingredients, but they changed their packaging anyway and I feel like I’m gambling on what im actually putting on my skin vs what I’m told by the label, because nothing about this company is otherwise trustworthy.

Will be excited to try out product.. when i get it!
Hi, It took quite a long time to get the product and then it came broken in shipping. Its taken a long time to get a replacement shipped out. Email responses were quick but actually getting the product has taken a long time. Also the package was not very well protected and given they come in glass containers, i would think there should have been more protection around the box

Maybe okay in theory, not in reality
I think this is a product that is good in theory, but has some shortcomings in practice. It is difficult to find the right amount of product to use. If I used too much, my face got oily. If I used less product, I had to stretch my skin to try to spread the product to rub it in and I felt that my skin was dry and not getting enough moisture (leaving me oily towards the end of the day as my skin attempted to compensate). I already used minimal and clean products on my skin, so I believe in that mission and message, however these products do not seem to be user friendly. I did not see any improvement in my skin and with the difficulty in using and the oiliness I experienced....these are not worth it.
I'm mainly upset about the supposed no questions refund. I'm happy I took a screenshot of their website, because I quote, "If dissatisfied with the results, please reach out within 60 days for a full, no-questions refund." When I went to the refund area of the website I was presented with a google questionnaire that REQUIRED photographs of my face. I will be reaching out outside of this questionnaire, but it sounds like I'll be having to fight for my "no-questions" refund.
***UPDATE on 9/9/2024*** I was offered a refund to change or remove this review. I agreed to change my review in exchange for a refund.
When I inquired about receiving a refund, based on the statement on their website I was directed to a page that had a link to the questionnaire that asked for photos as well as many questions. When I pointed out that this was not a no-questions refund within 60 days, like their website stated they reiterated that if I wasn't happy AFTER 60 days of using the product they would refund. At one point they told me that the oiliness I was experiencing (after asking me zero questions about my skin) was my skin "cleaning itself". I resigned myself to a lesson learned about buying things off of the internet from unknown companies.
A day or two later the company contacted me and offered me a refund as a "courtesy" to "change or remove" my review on Trust Pilot. I did accept that refund and as I agreed to, I am changing my review. I feel that it is important for consumers to know how this company operates.
I made a purchase in good faith, after reviewing the company's statement on refunds if I was not satisfied. Also in good faith, I reached out to the company within 60 days when I was unhappy with their product.
I think any potential customers should know that it is NOT a no-questions return policy and that this is a company that will attempt to scrub unsatisfied customers from their reviews.
