Excellent customer service from Froya. I had an issue with my order. Froya immediately responded …I mean within 3 minutes of me sending the email. And the rep handled it immediately. The rep went above and beyond my expectations in resolving the issue.

These products are amazing. The customer service team is great too. My aging skin feels so good after using them for a couple of months every day & night. It’s been a pleasure watching the fine lines soften & appear less severe on my face. I’m super grateful I found Froya. JF

My first order was lost in transit. I reached out to the delivery service and they were unable to locate same. They in turn informed Froya of the situation. I did likewise and heard from them fairly quickly. After they did their detective work they asked if I wanted a refund or the product. I am now awaiting my parcel. Both Froya and the delivery service were kind and professional in their handling of this situation. I’m looking forward to trying their products—maybe I’ll be a lifelong customer.

I bought the Frøya products after reading some wonderful reviews and was really looking forward to trying them. Sadly, my skin had other ideas, and I reacted to one of the products, which was such a shame. Everything arrived on time, was beautifully boxed and looked great. I emailed their team to explain what had happened and included photos of the reaction. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly their customer service team responded and issued a full refund in line with their warranty. I’m genuinely thankful for their understanding, kindness and the way they handled the situation. Although the product wasn’t right for my skin, the customer service experience was excellent, and I think it’s important to share the good experiences just as much as the bad ones.
