Takes forever to receive the order, not as advertised in 2-5 business days.

Product is way too greasy and not for me. Purchased the mature skin collection, the face and eye creams are extremely oily/ greasy (i have normal skin/ 56 years old), and after 4 weeks have done nothing but give me blackheads and acne 2 stars because customer care was responsive and order was beautifully packaged and quick delivery

Products seem okay but because the jars are glass I had a broken jar ( had just received them) and they refused to help replace it.

I did not have a good experience with this product or the company. I tried it for two months and my skin has only gotten worse not better. I appreciate that it is natural and oil based and organic though. But I do feel like the company is scammy in their marketing efforts. They use fake AI images of fake women and fake stories about their products in emails and very over inflated fake promises in Tik Tok and Instagram advertising and marketing, like your lines will disappear and it will take 10 years off of your face, and better than Botox, etc. Not true! Don’t believe the hype! Very scammy and untrue promises. Their refund policy is also very difficult and not worth the trouble and that is exactly the point. You can’t use any other products and have to send them photos of yourself before and after and you have to use for two months. And you can’t cancel your subscription for two cycles, never heard of this before in a company. I am relieved I ran out of the product and can use something else now.

Using the products and have not noticed any improvement over the products that I had been using. Started on May, 04, 2025. If something is working, don't try to fix it!

I've been using Froya Organics system for mature women's skin. I'm 71 and have a lot of spider veins and redness from sun damage. As an herbalist, I appreciate the natural formulas. My skin feels smoother than it has in a long time and I'm seeing the redness fading! I can't wait to see what happens in 2 months! Update after 1 year. I found my skin began to feel rough, the pores were bigger, and my skin looked thick and rubbery. I stopped using the products and switched to a Vitamin C serum and retinol and immediately saw a huge improvement in softness and smaller pores. I wanted this to work but it just isn't enough for mature skin.

I wanted to like this product and bought the acne kit as well as the anti aging kit In January 2025. I have been using it consistently and it has made my skin worse. I have developed small bumps on my face and my skin texture is not at all smooth anymore. This happened after one week of usage and I thought it would get worse before better…once I stopped my skin got better. I guess this just clogs my pores.

For my skin this is a bit greasy, even when I use it sparingly. I’m not giving up however. I’ll keep using it and see if I get any results. I’m over 60 so perhaps it takes longer?!
