I adore Froya Products. I was on a subscription plan for shampoo and rosemary water, but even with intentionally delayed deliveries, I ended up with more shampoo than I could use in about a year. I contacted Froya Customer Service and said I wanted to go off the subscription until I caught up, and they took care of it for me and were great. I highly recommend them.

I had trouble cancelling a subscription I didn't realize I had, and an order got confirmed just before the cancellation went through. I reached out to customer service by email and got quick, clear, and friendly help throughout the process — they cancelled the subscription right away and eventually resolved the refund for the last order too. So far, so good. I've only been using this for just under a week. At first the smell takes some getting used to - it's the botanicals as opposed to perfume. I think you also need time to adjust to the oily nature of the product - but it does sink in. Delivery was about a week and maybe a bit to the Canaries. They give you alot of info about the product and how to use it which is good.

I was at first very frustrated when I realized that I had accidentally signed up for a subscription and needed help to cancel an order that had already been placed.
