When I say their customer service is prompt, that is an understatement. For whatever reason, my skin didn't get along with the product. I emailed support and before 3 hours were up (multiple conversations), my entire situation was remedied. They do stand behind their product in my personal experience. It is refreshing for it to be this easy to try a new routine.
