I am giving 5 stars for customer service. I had a small concern with an order and reached out. After the first reply I felt that my concern was dismissed and honestly I was frustrated. I did not want to base my review solely on that because maybe I could have done better explaining my concern. I decided to write back again and Varinea listened and took care of it. That is the kind of customer service that is refreshing. Yes, I could have done better on the first contact with them but they listened and fixed it.
