I really love this company and I love their products they're amazing and I definitely see a difference in my skin and I admit I'm a little addicted to this stuff now. This month I was unable to afford my product and they've been so kind and they're very nice about it and you can delay your next shipment if you're in a bit of a financial bind. I had an issue where I received my next auto shipment and for whatever reason, I never received an email letting me know that my auto shipment was coming up. I’m assuming it went to my spam folder? I did not want a second order bc I have having some skin reactions (hopefully temporarily) to my first order and had to take a break from the product. Although the refund policy does not accept returns on auto shipments, the customer service agent who was assisting me told me they would make an allowance based on the circumstances of my situation. I was very happy with and was very pleased how helpful customer service was.
