I'm just a week in on my trial subscription. My biggest concern is that it makes my skin feel greasy. Also the first few times I used the product for rosacea my face looked much redder. It seems to have calmed down a little now. I don't see any difference after using the hyper potent dark circles and bag eye balm. I haven't used the anti-age and insane glow day balm yet because my face is 'glowy' enough with the other products. My husband asked me why I was sweating. Told him I'm not, it's just the product. I will continue to use the products and hopefully will have something more to say in a couple of weeks.

Hey Jane, thanks for the honest feedback! Sorry the texture is feeling a bit greasy and that the dark circle balm isn't kicking in yet. Worth giving it more time, especially since the rosacea redness is already calming. Please don't hesitate to email our team for tips on how to use less to avoid the glow. We'd love to help you make the most of it.
All the best,

These products are just okay so far
These products are just okay so far. I have been using the complete set for mature skin for two weeks as instructed, and I don’t see any difference in my wrinkles/fine lines. My skin is very oily, and the Day Balm makes my makeup slide off my face by mid-morning. I do like the night balm, and I will continue to give these products a try until I run out. I just don’t see any results from these products so far, and they don’t seem to be right for oily skin.

Suzanne, thank you for the honest feedback!! Oily skin can be tricky with the Day Balm, you might try using even less than you think and pressing it in rather than spreading. Two weeks is also early for visible results on fine lines, give it 6-8 weeks before judging that side. Hope the night balm keeps treating you well and that the day balm grows on you 🙌
All the best,
Tobias @ Frøya

I’m 67
I’m 67 and have been using the anti aging system for a month. I’ve seen reduction in the rough patches on my face and a reduction in my puffy eyes. I haven’t seen any dramatic changes. I will continue to use it even though my oily skin feels greasy with the day balm. Hoping for more improvements in the next month.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 21, 2026
Laurie, glad you're seeing rough patches and puffy eyes reducing!! Oily skin can find the Day Balm heavier, try a tiny amount and press in. Give it another month, you may see more changes 😊
All the best,

Day 3 - Rosacea flare
At 46, I am dealing with fine lines, enlarged pores and rosacea. I’ve tried many products but my sensitive skin is super picky. So far, on day 3, my skin is a little more hydrated and the rosacea has flared. I’m opting to try the Rosacea/Acne balm - I hope that it will help calm things down. I love the concept of these products - and hoping they work as well as everyone says.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 25, 2026
Hey Petals, thank you for the honest update! Day 3 with rosacea can sometimes look like things flare before they settle, especially with sensitive skin getting used to richer ingredients. The Rosacea/Acne balm is a great choice, please reach out to our team if you want extra guidance, we're happy to help. Hoping to hear good things at day 30! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

🫤 Meh …
Meh .. the cleansing sand leaves my face nice and smooth but only slightly better than if I used an apricot scrub - probably more gentle. My skin feels moist, but no different than when I was using Cera Ve. There is zero difference in my skin’s appearance after four weeks of use. It is true that a little goes a long way. I must wait awhile (30 minutes or more) before bed, after using the night formula, or it comes off on the pillow. I have avoided sunscreen, as directed, but feel like that is dangerous and alarming advice, since I’m a hiker in the desert southwest. I’m okay washing with water only but again, no difference in anything since I’ve begun to use. I’ve done as follows: used exactly as directed, washed face with only water, used no other products, avoided sunscreen. Not worth the price IMO.

Hey Kelly, thank you for the honest review. I'm really sorry the routine didn't deliver what you were hoping for after four weeks, especially at this price point. Mature skin and sensitive skin can take a bit longer to respond sometimes, but I totally hear you, that's not a great experience.
On the sunscreen, I want to make sure that's clear. We never tell people to skip sunscreen entirely. Daily sun protection is so important, especially as a hiker in the desert. If anything in our emails came across that way, that's on us to fix.
If you'd like to chat about what didn't click or look at the return options, please reach out to the team and we'll take care of it. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
All the best,
Tobias @ Frøya

I enjoyed having a simpler routine and…
I enjoyed having a simpler routine and it softened my skin nicely and smells great, but after 6 weeks, my age spots are much worse and I developed cystic acne for the first time in decades. (I'm 40). It also made my skin orangey and I have a cool undertone, so it messed with my color theory/makeup approach. Not the biggest deal, but kind of annoying after just having your colors "done."
I followed their instructions to a "T" and was prepping photos as required in case I'd need to submit their guarantee claim, which has almost impossible restrictions (i.e., must use it for 60 days minimum and submit claim on day 60 exactly from the day you receive product or it will be rejected). The form says you have 90 days to complete the claim, but Reddit testimonies from what seem like real people state that their guarantee claims were rejected for submitting not exactly on day 60. Hence, I wanted to speak with them ahead of time.
As I was getting tired of having cystic acne, I emailed to ask if I could submit the claim form early. They said, sure! Then I asked them to guarantee that it wouldn't be rejected for being submitted before 60 days are up.
They said (direct quote)
"Hei [name] 🌸🐝
"We have to wait until the team reviews your case 😊 don't worry!"
I responded,
"That doesn't help me.
"Please answer (Yes/No):
"Will submitting the claim today (2/24/2025) render me ineligible for the claim refund? (I received and started using the products on Jan. 7, 2025. I used the items every day, twice a day as instructed, and did not use any other products)."
They responded,
"As we indicated, we do not review the claims. The Guarantee team does, so we cannot assure it until they review it."
I responded,
"Gotcha. In that case, would you please connect with the Guarantee team? I need to speak with them before submitting my claim."
They responded,
"They only contact you after they review the case. Directly to you, fill out the form and wait to be contacted back."
I responded (getting agitated),
"If you can't contact me with the "Guarantee Team" ahead of time, that tells me your company is either a scam or incompetent.
"Do you genuinely not have access to an email address for the Guarantee Team?"
They responded,
"They review the cases and use this same email to contact the customers, can't you fill out the form? We already indicated you can fill it."
I responded,
"I am not going to fill out the form if I know it will be rejected because it hasn't yet been 60 days of use.
"I am looking for a guarantee for your company, in writing, that this will not be used as a reason for rejection of my claim. I need this before I put in the time and effort of submitting the claim.
"Do you understand this?"
They responded,
"Then you'll never know if it'll be approved or not, I'm sorry, if you don't fill out the form there's no wat I can help you.
"Every customer must fill out the form first and wait."
I responded,
"Is there a limit to how many times I may submit the claim form per order? For example, if I submit it now and it is rejected, may I resubmit it (updated photos but same order number) after 60 days of use?"
They responded,
"Yes, you can. But you have to wait until you have the response from the first one."
This convo is still happening via email. I will keep trying, but suspect I may have to involve my credit card company.
Wanted to submit this ASAP to prevent others from being *potentially* scammed.

EDIT: Within one hour of my review being posted, Froya not only replied (see below) but flagged my review "for containing defamatory content." I didn't say anything inaccurate and am willing to update my review if I am corrected on that. In good faith, I have made ONE edit to my review above: the addition of "*potentially*" before "scammed". I hope TrustPilot finds my review worth keeping posted.
EDIT 2:
I submitted a request for a refund (involving about 20 photos and 3 different Word docs with extensive documentation at days 0, 30, and 60) and set a timer to submit my review on exactly day 60. They sent a full refund. Within a day of receiving the refund, Froya emailed me regarding this particular review and asked me to update it. So, I am unsure whether I received a refund purely due to meeting their requirements or whether it was influenced by awareness of this review. Regardless, I am grateful they backed up the guarantee.
I did genuinely like many aspects of the product; the texture, smell, and packaging are all great (except the scrub packaging, which was hard to use since you have to extract it while dry but are supposed to use it in the shower, and as a powder in a jar that has to be kept upright, it spilled everywhere if accidentally turned in its side). What I didn't like was the increase of age spots and acne during use, and the customer service agent not being able to connect me with the guarantee team.

I wanted to love this product…
I wanted to love this product and essentially, I do. Love the smell and that it's natural. Love the marketing. But 4 weeks in and my rosacea acne is still worse. I believe the product clogs my pores and increases breakouts. I kept using it with the hope that it was going to get worse before it got better but I'm pretty discouraged. I give up.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 23, 2026
Hey, I'm really sorry to hear this. Rosacea-prone skin can be so unpredictable, and what works for some skin types can absolutely cause breakouts in others. Please don't push through if things are getting worse.
Please reach out to the team and we'll help with a return so you're not stuck with products that aren't working for you. Wishing you the best in finding what your skin needs ❤️
All the best,
Tobias @ Frøya

Getting bumps
Hi, Im only giving a 3 because of my reaction to the product ,, otherwise I love the product.. started using your products 9 days ago, bought the night, day, under eye and cleansing minerals. Loved, loved them until my skin started to get bumps on it, is this a normal reaction when you start. I don’t have any problems with my skin, never have, just the wrinkles starting to set in, I’m not looking for a refund of any kind, I wish and hope more then anything that I can continue to use your products. Have you heard of anyone else getting this kind of reaction? Is it because it’s do new to my skin?? Thank you
Response from Froya OrganicsJan 14, 2025
Hei Janine 🌸🐝
Could you please contact us at [email protected] and send a picture of the bumps? Thank you!
