I appreciated the info given with each product and the series of emails sent about the ingredients used and best way to utilize the products. I decided not to reorder and asked their team to help me cancel my subscription and their team was very quick to respond and they even assisted in canceling the order that was processing at the time that I did not want to go through. While I don't feel the skincare was the best fit for me, I did appreciate their customer service team's understanding and efficiency in assisting me with questions and requests.
