Unfortunately the products made my skin react in a way where I could not continue - let me explain. I have a history of cystic acne, but I don’t consider myself acne prone as it’s been largely healed and dormant since my 20’s and I avoid any triggers. I had watched and waited and researched a long time before getting Froya as a gift for my birthday, and again, I don’t necessarily consider myself acne prone, so I went for what I really wanted- the mature aging skin help. By the second day of use, I already had some cystic acne on my chin. I wasn’t feeling fully deterred, because I grew up hearing about a breakout period as your skin is purging before getting the results, so I pushed through. I think I used it for about 7-8 days consistently before I had to stop because I was so broken out. I gave my skin a rest, and when things had healed, I decided to try again and see if - maybe - I could still make this work for me! And unfortunately, same thing, by the second consistent day, I was just all broken out again (worse this time— maybe my skin remembered?) With stopped use, my breakouts have continued to calm. I was really, really bummed.. I went to the chat first and their AI bot essentially said I should have tried the acne system, but also to talk to Customer service, so cool. Emailed customer service and they were responsive, quick, asked for picture proof/dates/order number, and then without resistance told me to simply stop using and submitted the refund. I’m super grateful for great customer service, because you never know how a product will be for YOU, and it was an expensive splurge for me. To really feel seen by their customer service meant a lot. All in all, if you have a history of cystic acne, I can’t personally recommend the mature skin kit, and I can’t speak at all on the acne kit. I didn’t have any reaction under my eyes or where the undereye/bag product was applied, so I’m going to continue using that and see if I can see any improvement! If I do, I will continue buying that. (I haven’t had consistency and haven’t been using anything as my skin healed, so we shall see.) All in all, I think the products smell good.. they do feel ‘thick’ and a bit like a glaze, but you have to use very, very little and that’s all a plus for me when you’re spending that kind of money, and the packaging and products are beautiful.

There was a misunderstanding about my order, and it was immediately and courteously resolved for me.

I loved the products, but unfortunately, with no fault of their own I am likely allergic to something in it. I’m so disappointed because it really felt like it was an incredible product. I will be passing it onto a friend. When I reached out to them regarding the issue, they were prompt in a response. Ale from customer service was excellent.
