Stellar Customer Service!!
Once I placed my first order, I received an email with an offer for 10% off my first order. I emailed customer service and asked if they would honor the 10% off after my purchase was already made. I was instructed where to send the information and that it would be reviewed for a decision. I did that and very shortly thereafter I had already received a refund equaling a 10% off discount. This company walks the talk! Very kind, efficient, quick in responding, and honoring their offers, even after the fact. Rhonda G.
