Hi Jayne, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and especially sorry that the product did not suit your skin. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must feel. We would also like to clarify that customers actively choose between a one-time purchase and our “Subscribe & Save” option during checkout. Subscription orders are not added automatically, and reminder emails are sent 7 days before any renewal order is processed, giving customers the opportunity to cancel or make changes at any time before dispatch. Regarding your order, once a shipping label has been generated and the parcel has entered the fulfillment process, unfortunately we are no longer able to stop or cancel it due to logistical limitations. This is never done in bad faith, but simply because the order has already left our direct control. That said, we truly want to help and we’ll personally review your case to see if there is any way we can help speed up the process for you. Sorry again for the frustration caused.
