Beware of this company. This company locks you into a subscription that sends you a new cream a month - that you didn’t order. They take your money from your account without asking first. When you tell them that you didn’t want it and that they are not allowed to take a payment without your approval, they say they have already sent it and that you will have to send it back for a refund. Which you will see with other reviews - doesn’t happen. I’m afraid this is a scam.

The site is a scam in regards to returns. I haven't received my product yet and decided I want to start a refund right away since I found something else that's working for me in the mean time. Their response is "In these cases, and in line with our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order or provide a return shipping label once it has already been processed. Also, since you'll be keeping the order, I can offer you a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill." I looked at their policy more closely and it states that they have a 30-day return policy BUT you CANNOT return items that are beauty products which are the only items sold on their site. And you cannot return sale items (they have been running a 40% off sale for the past several months and it seems like it's always on sale). The only other way you can get your money back is the 60-day money back guarantee but that's the other catch. You need to submit a before photo BEFORE your package arrives. I tried starting the process but once you click on the link it says "you must wait at least 60-days before submitting a claim". So, they make it literally impossible for you to get your money back. All the promising wording of returns is just a marketing scheme.

Beware of a fraudulent website that is IDENTICAL to the official one. Unfortunately Froya emailed me to say they can’t do anything about it and I have lost my money and have no cream.

I ordered some products for a ‘discounted’ price on 27 July 26. All these amazing reviews on facebook lured me i to it… The products haven’t arrived yet (8 days in) and I checked the email with the order confirmation again. To my utter astonishment I say that the company had applied a 2-monthly subscription to my order - I was not aware of that when I ordered. And they make it extremely difficult to cancel this order. Took me over an hour. I also blocked my card for future payments to the company as they cheekily show at cancellation that another order for September was already made under that subscription! In my opinion, this is all an intentional misleading of customers who think they buy a good product once at a discounted price. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! On top of it: Check the negative reviews! Besides that unwanted subscription, these reviews provide damning opinions of the products, too. THINK before you order!! UPDATE: The products arrived a day later. Can’t comment yet on the effect.

I emailed this company after seeing the exact product elsewhere but a fraction of the price - google product name rather than the company - Miracle wrinkle eraser night balm Not Froya ! You can get the four set on fruugo.co.uk for £20 and even £6.17 on AliExpress ! The exact same tubs and packaging ! - Nowhere on the tubs does it have the company name. Froya representatives deny that I brought from their company, said i must have gone on a scam sight - they are the scammers charging the prices they charge. Will be calling my bank in the morning to let them know.

Be warned - if you purchase one single time from their website, they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. Dubious business tactics, I will NEVER order from them again. If their products were that great, they wouldn't need to lie to customers, and trap them into automatic renewals. Awful!!!!!!!!!!

The product is too thick with no spatula so goes up under your fingernails when you try to put it on. It does not smooth in easily especially on my neck and tbh I have no idea if it works on my skin or not BUT once on (v sticky) my skin turned orange, my pillow is stained orange, my bedding and white towels are all orange!! My husband laughed at my orange face....have cancelled my subscription and will not be bothering with it any more.

BEWARE! Refused to refund me after advertising 60 days or money back guarantee. Their products ended up breaking out my skin which is very unusual. I could never manage my account, I sent many emails asking to get this resolved - finally was told via email a representative cancelled my membership. I ended up called my bank and getting a charge back. I filed a complaint against the BBB and after researching this company they have many BBB complaints and negative reviews.
