Hi Naomi! I'll let Miguel know he earned that best ever title, replying within an hour on your subscription question is exactly the kind of turnaround we aim for. So happy to hear you're loving the products too, and that little detail about appreciating the realistic packaging and sizing genuinely made me smile. Grateful to have you as a customer! I received an email notification that my next order was on the way. I immediately emailed the company quite upset as I had not placed any new orders. They responded back quickly, in the most professional and eloquent manor explaining I had signed up for a subscription based order my first time but they would move forward in cancelling any future subscriptions and although I am unable to return ordered beauty products per their policy, they did offer me a 30% refund. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their response and professionalism!! - NG

Hi Nicole, totally understand the confusion around the subscription, glad our team explained things clearly and got your future orders cancelled. We can't take back opened beauty products for safety reasons, but really glad the 30% refund helped make things feel fair. Thank you for the kind words about our team's professionalism! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

So far it’s pretty good it’s odd to have to rate it after only a couple of weeks of use but they throw a lot at you to fill out or watch even before you get your product. They seem like good products and smell good but I haven’t seen any changes yet.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 2, 2026
Hi Lia, thanks for the honest take, and fair point on the amount of onboarding before the product even ships, that's useful feedback for us. Glad the smell and feel are already a hit, and results often take a bit more time to show, so hang in there. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I accidentally submitted an order late at night (hit the wrong button and wasn’t paying attention). I sent a email asking if my order could be cancelled. The very next morning I received a response that my order was canceled. Not even 12 hours had passed. This is amazing customer service and I was able to rest easy knowing it was taken care of! (AG)
